After the Barranco de Elvira Sánchez, continue up the narrow walled path until you reach El Bosquecillo (the little forest). This is a picnic area with tremendous views over the Risco de Famara.
Follow the path up hill to another view point, children’s playground and car park. Now follow the dirt track back to the LZ-10 and turn left towards the the Restaurante Los Helechos. Check their opening times if planning a stop +34 928 83 50 89, during COVID they were only open Friday – Sunday.
After the restaurant, about 300m you pickup the Orzola – Playa Blanca GR-131 path that will take you back in to Haria and the start of the walk. The path is a little steep in places, but well marked as it crosses and re-crosses the LZ-10.
Eventually the path crosses the LZ-10 for the last time and makes its way in to the village passing many fields and smallholdings along the way. The path eventually joins Calle Elvira Sánchez which we follow back to the start.
