TRAINING FOR SENIORS

Training has no age limits. In fact, you need to keep your muscles strong especially as time goes by. As we age our bodies become weaker and we loose flexibility.

Training in a small friendly group keeps our bodies strong and toned. Our minds also benefit from the exercise stimulus and social interactions by engaging in a group activity.

You have fun, you are in company and you establish new relationships. It is never too late to rediscover your body and keep it healthy until you are over 90!!!!
