Total body training that allows you to improve: strength, coordination, balance, resistance, elasticity, stability and control of the “CORE”. The acronym TRX stands for “Total Resistance Exercise” and refers to both the type of training and the training tools.

TRX is an extremely versatile tool that is used to train the entire body. Made up simply of cables, straps and handles, it allows you to train by exploiting the force of gravity, using your own body weight as the load.

Also known as “Suspension Training”, TRX is a type of functional training that uses gravity and the weight of the body in a complete way. TRX allows you to perform functional training, which also works the deepest muscles. Working in an unstable way, the movements that are performed train both the part of the body most involved, but also – indirectly – other muscles useful for providing stability.


All exercises exploit the force of gravity and, as a load, the body weight. This allows for harmonious muscle strengthening that is not excessive and aesthetically unpleasant. With TRX, in addition to strength, balance and resistance are also improved. All factors that require perfect control of the muscular system and posture.
