Anzi, bisogna mantenere i muscoli forti, soprattutto con il passare del tempo, il corpo diventa pi\u00f9 debole e si perdono molte capacit\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allenarsi in gruppo, mantiene il corpo
